Returns and Exchanges Policy

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or require an exchange. This Returns and Exchanges Policy explains in detail the procedures we have put in place to facilitate returns and exchanges. General Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at support@Denerova.com specifying your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for this request.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange, including the return address.
- Carefully pack the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a document indicating the order number.
- Ship the item to the address we have provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Return by mail
If you choose to return an item by mail, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at the e-mail address support@Denerova.com to inform us of your intention to return the item.
- We will provide you with the return address and all necessary instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original condition, making sure to include the invoice or a document indicating your order number.
Return label
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return a product, you will need to arrange shipping via the carrier of your choice. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days following receipt of the returned item. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective product or if we made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at support@Denerova.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt refund or exchange.
Return exclusions – Hygiene products & electronic items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items intended to come into direct contact with the body. This includes (but is not limited to) underwear, oral care products (such as toothbrushes, dental products), as well as other personal hygiene items.
Electronic & battery-powered products
Please note that for products containing batteries or electronic components, we cannot assume any responsibility for damage or malfunctions after use. We recommend checking all products immediately upon receipt to ensure they are functioning properly. Once the product is used, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any damage, defects, or malfunctions.
Thank you for your understanding. If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service within 30 days. We will be happy to assist you.
CANCELLATIONS
Our cancellation policy allows cancellations within 24 hours after placing the order.
If the customer does not receive the package, it will be transferred to the local post office for pickup. If the package is not picked up in time, it will be destroyed and the customer will not be able to obtain a refund.
